Alert Description

Juniper is aware of issues related to the upgrade of JuJu Charms and RHOSP based clouds using Contrail’s ZIU and IPU process.

Solution

We are actively working on a solution to deliver an updated bundle to help Canonical and RHOSP based cloud customer upgrade to Contrail 21.4.L4 image using the ZIU and IPU method. A separate workaround will be delivered to address failed upgrades due to the updated RabbitMQ version.
