Alert Description

Junos Software Service Release version 21.2R3-S5-EVO is now available for download from the Junos software download site

Download Junos Software Service Release:

  1. Go to Junos Platforms - Download Software page
  2. Input your product in the "Find a Product" search box
  3. From the Type/OS drop-down menu, select Junos SR
  4. From the Version drop-down menu, select your version
  5. Click the Software tab
  6. Select the Install Package as need and follow the prompts

Due to this, stale entries for the RSVP interface paths are streamed out if the interface is deleted. This leads to Open Config Telemetry-related issues.

A deadlock is created when the OSPF routers wait for an LSA (Link State Advertisement) with a P2P (Point-to-Point) link to be advertised from its neighbouring router to add it to its router LSA and at the same time the neighbouring router also waits for an LSA with a P2P link to be advertised to add it to its router LSA. Both the OSPF routers advertise their router LSA without a P2P link and as a result, routes are not getting installed.
