Alert Description

CSO access issue:  Unable to login to CSO after April 24, 2022.
CSO 6.0 and 6.1 keystone certificate for on-premises deployments expires April 24, 2022.  
After the certificate expires, SSO and other CSO functionality might be impacted.

Solution

You must install the patch to renew the keystone certificate. You can install the patch either before or after the certificate expiry date. CSO functions normally after the certificate is renewed.

Download and apply the patch from the CSO download page under versions 6.0 and 6.1.
Patch installation instructions are in the CSO release notes under versions 6.0 and 6.1.
