Alert Description

Junos release 21.3R1 has been recalled for the  ACX500, ACX1000, ACX1100, ACX2100, ACX2200, and ACX4000  platforms as release 21.2 is the Last Supported Version (LSV) for the affected platforms.  As the result of the recall, the 21.3R1 software release has been removed from the download page.

Note that the 21.2 LSV for the ACX500 is for indoor SKUs (ACX500-AC and ACX500-DC).  The LSV for the ACX500 outdoor SKUs is covered in TSB17967 [juniper.net] .

Solution

21.2 is the last supported release for the  ACX500 (indoor variant), ACX1000, ACX1100, ACX2100, ACX2200, and ACX4000  platforms.
