This bulletin lists the supported releases of the Juniper Apstra software product.

All supported releases of the Juniper Apstra software product are available to licensed, registered customers from the  Juniper Apstra software download site.

End of Support (EOS)

Juniper strongly encourages users of Apstra to use the most up-to-date software available. Juniper will provide support for the version of Apstra used by customers with current, valid licenses for up to three (3) years after the First Commercial Ship (FCS) date of that version’s first release.


End of Software Engineering (EOSE)

Juniper will provide software engineering support (e.g., service or maintenance releases or patches) for a version of Juniper Apstra for up to two (2) years after the First Commercial Ship (FCS) date of that version’s first release. After this, in meeting any support obligations, Juniper Support may require an upgrade to a newer, supported version of Juniper Apstra.
