Alert Description

NOTICE
The Juniper Cloud CSO software is scheduled for upgrade to version 6.0 on 3/27/2021.
Sites currently on version 5.2 or lower MUST BE UPGRADED to 5.4 prior to the CSO 6.0 upgrade.

To view the current version of the site, login to Tenant > Resources > Site Management 

Sites not upgraded to 5.4 prior to the CSO 6.0 upgrade will have to be deleted and re-onboarded to CSO 6.0.
Failure to upgrade will not affect traffic through the CPE devices but the ability to manage the CPE devices with CSO will be affected.
Please refer to CSO site upgrade  overview   page for details on how to upgrade sites.

 

Solution

Follow the above upgrade overview to upgrade sites to version 5.4.
