The rpd might crash in BGP-LU with egress-protection while committing configuration changes
In BGP labeled-unicast scenario with egress-protection enabled, the rpd might crash while committing some configuration changes even the changes are not related to egress-protection itself.
When utilizing Unified Policies, vSRX 3.0's srxpfe process may crash
When utilizing Unified Policies, vSRX 3.0's srxpfe process may crash and create a core-file
Port speed change and scaled AE configuration can lead to MQSS errors and subsequent card crash
When changing from one scaled config (AEs and lots of IFLs) to another scaled config with port speed changes, this causes the port bounce to take a bit of time for the IFDs to be deleted. As a result, sometimes the new IFDs are added in platformd before the old IFDs were completely deleted. This leads to the symptoms (e.g. MQSS errors) seen in PR 14115183 and crash.
Sometimes, IGMP-Snooping may not work. Workaround is to restart multicast-snooping process
MPC10: uRPF allows traffics even when source addresses belong to other interfaces
On an MPC10 line card, uRPF incorrectly allows traffics even when their protocol source addresses do not belong to the interface.
Traffic may loss when one of logical interfaces on LAG was deactivated or deleted
If SP style config is used in EX4300, deactivated or deleted one of logical interfaces on LAG would cause traffic failure passing through the same LAG interface. Using EP style config will be a workaround.
Increase in Junos image size for 19.1R1
Image size for junos-install-media-usb-mx-x86-64 images have increased by 400MB. For USB upgrade, image is stored on and installed from that USB drive. Because the image size has increased, the installation fails due to lack of swap space on the device. Increasing the USB size would give the required room for installation.
Specific interface on P3-15-U-QSFP28 PIC card remains down until another interface comes up
On 15x100GE/15x40GE/60x10GE QSFP28 (P3-15-U-QSFP28) PIC card which is used on PTX5000 platform, the interface status is swapped between port 12 channel 2 and port 12 channel 3, hence the interface is not able to come up until another one comes up.
