Certain PSMs were manufactured with specific capacitors that may degrade under certain voltage conditions and external environment circumstances. Although such conditions and circumstances would not be common MX2000 products deployment in the field, those PSMs may fail unexpectedly due to these capacitors. Juniper Networks has decided that these PSMs need to be recalled.

  Those affected PSMs have been all identified based on manufacturing record, and the affected SN list is available.

  Please work with your partner, local account team, and/or service manager to plan the replacement.
