When installing AI-Scripts 5.0R1, Service Now 15.1R1 leaves behind part of the legacy config for AI-Scripts 4.1 and prior.
This can cause commit delays on the router, switch or firewall.

The Service Now/Service Insight 15.1R1 software download was temporarily removed from the download site.

AI-Scripts 5.0R2 has been released to address the issue.
AI-Scripts 5.0R2 will remove the legacy configuration when installed on the router, switch or firewall.

Use Service Now to remove AI-Scripts 5.0R1 from the devices and then install AI-Scripts 5.0R2



Manually executing the following command on the router/switch/firewall removes the left behind part of the config and also resolves the problem.

delete groups juniper-ais system scripts commit


If Service Now 15.1R1 is used to reinstall AI-Scripts 5.0R1, it may put back the incorrect config and the above command will have to be executed again.
AI-Scripts 5.0R1 has been removed from the download site.  AI-Scripts 5.0R2 should be added to Service Now 15.1R1 and selected as the default AI-Script bundle.
