Junos Space Network Management Platform and the bundled applications Junos Space Service Now and Service Insight are different versions.

Solution

As usual, the Service Automation applications (Junos Space Service Now and Junos Space Service Insight) are bundled with this release of Junos Space Network Management Platform. The version of Junos Space Network Management Platform is 13.3R1.8 and the versions of the Service Automation applications are 13.3R1.7. Historically, the versions of the Service Automation applications have been identical to the version of Junos Space Network Management Platform, but this is not mandatory. There will not be 13.3R1.8 versions of the Service Automation applications; 13.3R1.7 is the correct versions of these applications to be used with the 13.3R1.8 version of Junos Space Network Management Platform.
