On Junos OS Evolved QFX platforms running affected releases, Periodic Counters Archive starts automatically after system boot and periodically executes CLI commands for counter collection, resulting in repeated CLI execution entries in system logs. Starting with releases containing the change, Periodic Counters Archive does not start automatically after system boot and starts only when the request start system-counter-script command is executed.

GNMI OpenConfig telemetry path "/components/component/power-supply/state/" may not give all values when JSON encoding is used.
Product-Group=evo
For GNMI telemetry, the default encoding method is JSON and most customer used encoding method is Protobuf. The current issue in PR 1984147 is an infra bug in JSON encoding while rendering ieeefloat32 binary format. This issue is specific to JSON encoding and in other encodings suhc as Protobug this is working fine. The client software that requests the telemetry data has the choice of selecting the encoding method. The tools like gnmic tool by default uses JSON encoding. If we add "--encoding proto" in the gnmic request then the device will encode the data in Protobuf encoding and the issue will not be seen.
