Contrail is pushing cleaning network as well as provisioning network to the QFX where the BMS is attached.

CSN is receiving DHCP request from the BMS however there is no DHCP response/offer send back by CSN.

Verify the following

Contrail is pushing the provisions network to QFX leaf devices connected with BMS

Contrail CSN node is receiving XMPP msgs from the controller with the Provisioning network and DHCP options to be pushed to BMS

Ironic is in active state with no alarms

Contrail-status output is without any errors.
