How to configure ipsec tunnels for SSR with the Conductor and Mist

For conductor managed SSR, (Does not apply to MIST) you need to install the IPsec plug in. Please see the following documentation:

In Mist, they call it Secure Edge Connectors:

1. Wan Edge > Choose the SSR > Secure Edge Connectors > Add provider
2.  If you are not using a provider, choose custom and the remote network
3.  Choose IPsec or GRE and then fill out the remaining fields
