This article provides a work-around for correcting the error condition.

Symptoms

 

UI Error while adding new or modifying existing users.

Http response at 400 or 500 level

 

Solution

 

Please Note: SD CLOUD supports http2 protocol from the browser. Need to check if any endpoint software like ZSCALAR suppress the http2 protocol and sends http1 to send the request to SD CLOUD?. Need to make sure your IT team open up h2 protocol from browser to SDCLOUD.

 

You can verify this after logging to SD cloud -> go to browser Console/Debug -> click on Network tab -> right click on name column and select protocol to display the protocol version

Workaround: 


For verification purpose, try logging in with different browsers where http2 protocol is allowed and it is not suppressed by third-party tools or software.
