Description

This article explains an issue observed with SRX devices utilizing J-WEB.

Symptoms

J-WEB does not show anything under the security policies, objects, routing, addresses, and zones even though the configuration is visible in the CLI.

Solution

A configuration knob, "set system export-format json verbose," was enabled on the SRX, which caused this jweb malfunction.

Hence, it is suggested to remove it using the command mentioned below.

delete system export-format json
