Install Application package 3810 and Protocol bundle failed (internal error, pic's are not in up state )

Please run "request services application-identification rollback status" for rollback status

This error typically occurs when one or more FPCs or PICs are not in an operational state during the installation process.

1) Verify FPC and PIC Status: Check that all FPCs and PICs are in the Online state and not Down, Empty, or Present.
