Unable to Claim SSR to mist with error "Invalid Code" claim code "Not Found"

When User tries to claim the SSR to the mist from Inventory > Claim the user might get the below error.

error "Invalid Code" claim code "Not Found"

• This error is expected if the intended environmt and claimed environment is different.
• For example, you cant claim a SSR with an intended env: eu to https://manage.mist.com/
• Please contact mist internal team to change the mapping
• Please refer Process for requests to release devices
