Description

This article explains the steps in resolving the issue of creating Threat prevention policy in security director.

Symptoms

While creating the Threat prevention policy it shows below error in UI:

 

""AttributeError 'ElementManagementError' object has no attribute 'message'"

 

 

 

We can also see below exception in the SD.log:

 

"ERROR [net.juniper.jnap.sm.om.ejb.AbstractObjectManagerHandler] (default task-138) Address Already exists ATP_ENDPOINT"

 

Solution

Please find the below solution:

 

Create a Threat prevention policy with the different name instead of existing name.
