This article provides description on the interface naming of SRX5K-IOC4-MRAT card.

Solution

 

The total aggregate throughput of an SRX5K-IOC4-MRATE is 480 Gbps.

There are 2 PICS on the cards and each PIC supports a bandwidth limit of 240 Gbps

PIC0 and PIC1 each have 6 ports and can be configured as below,

 

1) 6*4*10G= 240G 

 

2)6*40G = 240G 

 

3) 2*100G + 4*10G = 240G

                    or 

    2*100G + 1*40G = 240G

 

Note: Only interfaces xe-0/0/2, xe-0/05, xe-1/0/2, and xe-1/0/5 interfacaes can be used as 100G interfaces.

 

Note: All ports of the SRX5K-IOC4-MRATE operate as four 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces by default.
