This article describes the role the partner should have to be able to request for the vLWC image from the request form.

Partner unable to see the customer account in the dropdown when trying to request for a vLWC image.

The Partner should have the role Service to be able to request for a vLWC image from the request form.

If the customer account cannot be seen still, then there is a mapping issue at the backend which needs to be resolved by the engineering.
