MIST admin does not see LTE option under the HUB Profile while configuring.

LTE option not available for selection while the MIST Admin tried to configure HUB Profile.

Under WAN Edges, the LTE option is available for configuration.

This is an expected behaviour as LTE Uplink config is blocked under HUB Profile.

Typically the LTE connections are considered as Unstable/Unreliable and the HUB profile/DUT is expected to get Dynamic connections.
