This article explains how to fix the issue if the scheduled IDP download job is getting cancelled when the scheduled installation IDP signature job is triggered

This is a BUG after installing SD 23.1 Patch v8

The issue will be fixed in SD 23.1 Patch v9.

Work arround:

If customer is installing the SigDB using the API, please remove the line  "start-time": start_time from the API body which is for scheduled Job.

or the Job shouldn't be scheduled if customer is using UI option
