A customer uses Apstra 5.1 with Root Cause Analysis enabled. When all the links between one of the spines and all the leaf switches are down, Apstra reports that no root causes were found. Is it expected?

Expected behavior. The connectivity model for the current RCI requires anomalies reported from the interface telemetry service from the connected interfaces from both ends. RCI works when gRPC works.
