I cannot download the software for the Juniper device I won at a sales event. I registered the product but I'm not able to download software.  What else do I need to download software?

If you received a Juniper device as a prize or giveaway from a sales conference or other Juniper-hosted event, you must complete the following before you can download the commercial software:

• Register the device under your Juniper account.
• If you do not have a Juniper account, you may create one here: User Registration
• Obtain a valid support (maintenance) contract for the device.

If you need assistance obtaining a support contract, you may contact your local Juniper Reseller. If you do not have a preferred reseller, contact Sales for support.
