Symptoms

Traffic is not filtered when using SSR Application (Apps) to block netflix and twitch traffic on an SSR Hub

 

On a spoke device, traffic is not filtered if the Block rule is not placed before the allow policy

Solution

  • Traffic is not filtered when using SSR Application (Apps) to block netflix and twitch traffic on an SSR Hub
    • SSR Application (Apps) are not supported on SSR Hub devices (April 2025)

 

  • Rule order matters for SSR Application (Apps) traffic matching (works like an ACL)
