Why can't I access the Juniper Support Portal?

If you cannot access the Juniper Support Portal site. This may be due to one of the following reasons;

  2. User or Profile type: The type of user profile you select during registration determines the access level you may have. For instance, a Guest User won't have access to the Juniper Support Portal.
  3. Registration Status: You've signed up for a profile but haven't received the confirmation email yet. After creating your account, it will be reviewed by the Juniper Compliance Team. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account is approved. This means that during the approval process, you won't be able to access the Juniper Support Portal yet.
