This article describes a way to add a subscription and what the subscription should look like.
User gets an error below:
Invalid license file. Upload correct file and retry.
OR
Incomplete license details. Copy and paste all the license details and retry.
Ensure that your license details or uploaded license file includes the following fields and their values to avoid validation failure:
Issue Date:
Expiry Date:
HW Serial Number:
SSRN:
Feature:
Quantity:
License Type:
License Key:
Any discrepancies, such as mismatched field names, incomplete details, or invalid file extension, might prevent you from adding the subscription.
When a customer purchases the Juniper Security Director (On Prem) license, they receive below info over email:
Please check if the 'License Type' field is available. If not, you can manually add the field to the License file and then upload it.
These two must be combined into a single .txt file and uploaded from the Administration > Subscriptions page.

We may have incidents reported where a user uploads a TXT file with partial data, and we do not allow the upload of the license.
