After creating a new set of tokens from the IBM account, when they are applied in the Qradar Assistant app, there is an error stating the tokens are incorrect "X-Force Tokens are not valid (If you are using a proxy then please store proxy settings first)" This is working fine in a different deployment.
There is no proxy and the box can reach the internet.
This prevents the user from using Assistant to download new apps or upgrade existing apps.
There was a dns issue that was causing the problem. You can change /etc/resolv.conf to use google.com to test. That provided a temporary fix.
The permanent fix is to remove the managed host from deployment, run qchange_netsetup, change the dns, then add it back to deployment. For the console fix, you would have to remove all managed hosts first.
