During the issue, no events will be generated in the WAN Edge Insights, and the JSE will not receive any connections from MIST.

This issue typically occurs when site coordinates are not configured. Since auto-provisioning relies on site coordinates to determine the nearest POPs based on the shortest distance, it's essential to have them properly set.

To configure the site coordinates, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Organisation > Site Configuration.
2. Select the appropriate site.
3. Pin the correct location on the map to automatically set the longitude and latitude.
