• Please try commit synchronize force full and check the status
• If the issue not resolved, please try to reboot the particular FPC during the MW and check the status.

• If the issue still not resolved then please try the command mgd -I from shell mode and check the status
• If we are still observing the issue eventhough after performing the above action plan, please try to perform format installation for the device.
