Description

The dashboard of the switch, does not show any of the RJ-45 interfaces as connected, it shows them as ge-x/x/x instead of mge-x/x/x

Symptoms

After logging into the J-Web for the EX4400-24MP device, the interfaces are not displayed in the chassis viewer of the dashboard.

Upgrade to JWEB 24.4A1
