In the app exchange, Infoblox states support for 7.4.3 and up:

This works in 7.5.0 UP8, however, it does not in 7.5.0 UP10 and after attempting to install, gives an error stating "This application is not supported. Please check the X-Force Application Exchange to identify the latest version of this application compatible with this platform or update the minimum app base image stream in System Settings."

Change the version in Admin > System Settings for 'Minimum Permitted App Base Image Stream' from v4 to v2:
