This issue has noticed when an abrupt power supply cut shuts the device and device boots up with FPC-0 alarm.
Would noticed below log message when chassis powered on and it indicated failure to power the FPC :

Due to abrupt power failure FPC hardware could have gone bad and will stuck in fault state.
Rebooting or power-draining the device would not help, replacement of the chassis and RMA is suggested.
