This article tells about how to create and activate a Security Director Cloud Organization account.

You will get the email below once you verify your email address.

Your account activation is pending due to one of the following reasons:

• We are awaiting your e-mail verification. Check our previous e-mail for more information.
• Your account activation request is pending approval from the Juniper Security Direct Cloud team. You will receive an e-mail about your organization account activation status within 7 working days after you verify your e-mail address.

After you create an Organization in the Security Director Cloud portal by following the doc: Create Your Juniper Security Director Cloud Organization Account

Once you verify the email address, A request to activate your organization account is sent for approval to the Juniper Security Direct Cloud team.

You will receive an e-mail about the account activation status within 7 days.

Either you can wait to get the request approved, or you can contact Juniper Support to by opening a JTAC Tech case.
