IPSEC VPN doesn't support custom local address IP field in IKE.

For example, when vsrx is deployed in Azure/AWS the SRX will not get a public IP for the interface. We will have to use cloud IP in the external interface of VPN, which is not possible with SD-Cloud

• This feature is not suported in current release of SD-Cloud. An internal jira is in place to add this feature in future release.
