Description

This article helps with fix related to LSP Delay not visible in Network Topology.

Solution

We can use RPM probe [OR] TWAMP for getting the delay info from the network:

RPM:

https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/paragon-automation24.1/paragon-automation-user-guide/topics/task/pf-jti-rpm-configure.html

TWAMP:

https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/paragon-automation24.1/paragon-automation-user-guide/topics/task/pf-link-stats-through-bgp-config.html

To view the LSP delay, we need to do additional configuration on Paragon UI.

Below are the steps:

  • Navigate Configuration > Network settings > Pathfinder Settings > Path Computation Server > LSP-Latency-Interval [you can set timer 120s or more]

If these steps are already applied and still issue is seen with LSP Delay not visible in Link Delay and Tunnel Delay page under Network Topology, then please collect PCS log and toposerver logs and open a case with JTAC support to assist.
