Customer reported that post the upgrade the VME interface went down in a 5 member VC.

Upon checking the VC, we found that FPC5 is the master and FPC0 is the backup, with the management cable connected to FPC0 (backup). 

When we checked the FPC0 me0 interface, it was down for some reason.

We attempted the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Deactivated the VME interface.
2. Assigned the management IP to the me0 interface and committed the configuration.
3. As a result, the me0 interface on FPC0 received the management IP and came up.
4. We then reactivated the VME interface and removed the management IP from me0, after which the VME interface came up successfully.
