This article helps users locate/find the Serial number or SSRN for Juniper Security Director Cloud (Secure Edge) and Juniper Security Director On-Prem.

How do I find the SSRN / serial number for Security Director Cloud (SDC) or Juniper Security Director (on-prem)?

NOTE: This is not applicable for Security Director running as an application on Junos Space.

The Juniper Security Director Cloud/On-Prem SSRN or Serial number can be located using two methods as explained below:

• SDCloud WebUI :
  • Login to SD Cloud UI - https://sdcloud.juniperclouds.net/  or SD-On Prem WebUI.
  • Go to Administration > Subscription tab > You will see something like below-
    • SRX Management Subscriptions: This is the primary SD-Cloud Subscription which can be used to report any SDCloud related issues.

• • • Secure Edge Subscriptions:   This Subscription can be used to report any Secure-Edge related issues. *(This is only for Juniper Security Director Cloud)

• Sales Order Detail: 

• • Your Sales order receipt for SD-Cloud, SD-OnPrem, or Secure Edge will have details about the Serial Number or SSRN. You can also use this information to report issues via the Juniper Support Portal.
