After the 6.1.10 upgrades, TSI collection from 6.1.10 routers fails. It only works with the "admin" user.

Non-admin users are unable to generate tech support bundle from Conductor UI. It redirects to a blank screen containing the text "user does not exist".

A user thats generating the tsi should also exist on the router. if using radius authentication, a user can automatically be created on the router after a successful authentication using below command

config authority radius-server <name> account-creation automatic
