Description

This article explains the supportability of the Partner feature for LWC and why certain actions may be restricted.

Solution

  • The Partner feature is fully supported only on LWC version 3.0 or higher.

  • If the LWC is running version 2.0, Partner-related functionality, such as changing LWC to a customer account, will not work.

  • To use Partner features, upgrade the LWC to version 3.0.
