SRX FPC card is stuck on "Present" state after ISSU upgrade

FPC cards are stuck on "Present" state.

The logs below are reported continuously:

CHASSISD_FPC_BOOT_TIMEOUT: FPC-1 will reboot if the boot process is not completed in 600 seconds

Delete the file "linux.err" in the /var/log/hostlogs/ directory and then reboot the SRX.

Once the reboot is complete, the cards should come up.
