Slow commits and chassisd cores on backup RE

In Junos VMHOST platforms, the delay in SSH session execution results in a delay in configuration commits and commit checks, which in turn causes a chassisd core dump on the backup RE.  Chassisd is trying to execute the script "/opt/support/vmhost-get-failed-daemon-list.sh". Chassisd main thread is hung when it tried to execute the script. The other high priority thread in the chassisd monitors whether the main thread is hung for more than 200 seconds. 
If it is hung for more than 200 seconds then it does SIGABRT on the chassisd process to recover the chassisd process.
