We recommend to perform the following steps in order to resolve the issue:

• Gracefully restart the faulty FPC during a maintenance window.
• If the above step does not resolve the issue, reseat the FPC and use a flashlight to check for any bent pins.
• If the issue still persists, replacement of an FPC might be required in which case we proceed with an RMA.
