Solution

The disk1 seems to have failed for the chassis & hence it has booted from snapshot device.

It has already done reset, but didn't clear the alarm & hence reboot may not help.


We will need to replace the chassis as SSD is built-in to chassis, if USB upgrade also doesn't help.
