Customer upgrades the Junos OS and discovers that the FPC 0 Firmware Current Version is showing 0.0.0 where in the other FPCs are showing Current Versions.

It is normal for the SRX4600 Platform that the FPC0 which is a SPM (Service Processing Module) shows the Current Version as 0.0.0

NOTE: The Versions shown under the command "show system firmware" are the JFirmware versions which are not part of the regular Junos OS upgrade. These need to be upgraded manually. JFirmware can be downloaded from the Juniper Download Portal under the Firmware Section.
