Symptoms

SSR software download not happening.

Solution

If Error message seen in installer.log is "Failed creating repo database in directory /var/lib/install128t/repos/saved: b", Issue can be resolved by renaming folder /var/lib/install128t/repos/saved to /var/lib/install128t/repos/saved.old and then re-initiating the download from GUI. After this SSR software download will be successful.
