The FTC light if off and unable to recover, indicating a hardware failure

The FTC light is off, there are no alarms set for FTC as expected because this part do not have any sensor to be monitored however there are alarms on all the fans indicating a failure

The FTC was rebooted but the same issue persisted, the solution was to replace the FTC
