Customers running Apstra 5.0.0, 5.0.1 or 5.1.0 release might observe a timeout while collecting a controller show tech from UI

This issue occurs due to large time taken to process the log files generated by the multiple agents.

The workaround is to collect the controller show tech from CLI instead of UI. User can SSH to their Apstra controller and collect the show tech with command: "sudo aos_show_tech -b", which will also copy the backup and show tech together in one zipped file.
