Description

Customer may encounter issue when trying to enrol to ATP after RMA. 

Symptoms

This can happen for a standalone or device in a cluster. The below example is w.r.t cluster.

Solution

  • When the device is RMA'ed, the Licenses are supposed to be moved from the old device to the new device. 
  • In case that does not happen properly, the issue may come up while enrolling.
  • Verify if the license is present in the internal ATP portal. If it's not, ask the customer to contact customer care to move the license manually. 
  • The licensing part is handled by the Customer Care team, please open an Admin SR to investigate.
