IDP package manual installation fails with error : Failed to copy result file to backup RE.

During the IDP installation, the required packages are been pushed from the Primary node (node0) to the backup node (node1)

If the Chassis Cluster is in broken state, the above error will be generated while trying to install the Signature Package.

For addressing the error:

• Verify chassis cluster Status and make sure that the Primary and Secondary role is been assigned correctly.
• Make sure that are no Cluster related errors.
• Check the Heartbeat Packets and confirm that the Send and Receive packet counts are incrementing. (show chassis cluster control-plane statistics)

After fixing the Clustering issue, try installing the IDP Signature Package and it should succeed.
